Mosaic — known as a picture or pattern produced by arranging together small colored pieces of hard material, such as stone, tile, or glass.
In this workshop, we will be repurposing old shards of ceramic to create new images. In this 3D turned 2D exercise, we welcome students to bring in shards of their own lost favorites to create a new piece of art!
Students will learn how to make a mosaic design and grout the piece. The best perk? You can leave the workshop with your finished piece!
